Research shows us that the quality of provision and children's outcomes almost never exceeds the quality of leadership and management. "…. there is no doubt that effective leadership and appropriate training for the leadership role is an increasingly important element in providing high-quality provision for the early years" Siraj-Blatchford 7 Manni 2007.
This goal will support & enhance our Early Childhood Teacher's current leadership skills as well as develop the emerging leadership skills of our two new Diploma Trainee Room Leaders.
